Megadeth is currently in the market for some supporting acts for its upcoming U.S. tour, and the band is looking at more than music in filling the bill.

The group will take an opening slot to headliners Iron Maiden on select dates of a European tour that kicks off next week, and the band will then return to the States in October for a tour here. When they do, frontman Dave Mustaine told MTV News that they will feature a rotating cast of carefully selected opening acts.

Megadeth hasn't yet solidified any tour openers yet, but we'll keep you posted.

The band will, however, get some heavy duty help from Type O Negative, Puya, DDT, and Full Devil Jacket Wednesday night in New York at a benefit concert marking the 15th anniversary of Concrete Marketing.
