July 17 [12:00 EDT] -- Will Smith and the "Men In Black" soundtrack pushed their way to the top of the "Billboard" album chart this week, while the Prodigy failed to take the traditional second week tumble that has plagued many big debuts this year.

One week after debuting in the top spot with "The Fat Of The Land," the British outfit holds strong at number three on the chart, while the Spice Girls land at number two. After debuting at number two last week, the "Men In Black" soundtrack jumped up one spot to hit the top of the chart.

Nothing changed on top of the "Billboard" singles chart as Puff Daddy and Faith Evans still hold on to number one with "I'll Be Missing You" and Meredith Brooks is still at number two with "Bitch." However, both are feeling heavy pressure from the Backstreet Boys who jumped from number six to number three with "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)."

In modern rock singles land, Matchbox 20 finally landed at number one with "Push," but face a serious challenge from Sugar Ray, who leaped from number eight to number three with the bouncing hit "Fly." Oasis also made their first appearance on the modern rock chart this week (ironically knocking Blur's "Song 2" off the chart) with "D'You Know What I Mean?" arriving at number nine.
