Based upon the amassed starpower and aggregate sales of those involved, R. Kelly's "Get Up on a Room" Tour, featuring Nas, Foxy Brown, Kelly Price, and Deborah Cox, should have been one of the largest R&B and hip-hop outings of the year.

But apparently not a whole lot of people have snapped up tickets to the shows, as a number of dates have been cancelled, and now it seems as though the whole tour has pretty much fallen apart.

Kelly's handlers aren't saying anything official, but sources close to the situation say that, at this point, only the handful of shows that have sold decently will actually be played, and the rest will be blown off. Exactly which dates are still on, however, remains a mystery.

Apparently Nas will continue on with the headliner, but Foxy Brown is only committed for three more shows, and Kelly Price, who's scheduled to start a tour with Whitney Houston at the end of June, is totally off the outing.

Deborah Cox will remain on board for the June 6 concert in Anaheim, California (if it actually comes off) but will leave after that to get ready for her appearance on the Lilith Fair tour, which kicks off in Vancouver, British Columbia on July 8.

We'll have further details on Tuesday when a revised itinerary becomes available.
