The new issue of "Forbes" magazine reports that Michael Jackson's secret financial dealings could be exposed by a trial opening April 13 in Los Angeles.
Jackson has been sued for wrongful termination by Maureen Doherty, a former attorney with his MJJ Enterprises company who is also charging Jackson with fraud, tax evasion and sexism.
The "Forbes" report also includes startling details about the privacy agreements that Jackson requires all of his employees to sign.
The magazine also openly doubts Jackson's claims of grossing $100 million a year quoting U.S. sales of only 2.2 million copies of his 1994 album "History." The magazine does not mention the double album's worldwide sales, which are near 13 million units. In addition, last year's remix album, "Blood on the Dancefloor," sold 3 million.
"Forbes" also neglects to mention such income sources as Jackson's own song publishing rights and the rights to the Beatles' song publishing, which he also owns.
There's no comment yet from the Jackson camp on the report.
