The Insane Clown Posse's fifth album, "The Amazing Jeckel Brothers," will sit at number 15 on the "Billboard" album chart next Monday, according to SoundScan.

After debuting at number four last week behind the Backstreet Boys, Ricky Martin, and Britney Spears, the group acknowledged that while it doesn't have the support of radio or video that the other acts have, its presence cannot be denied.

"Number four, baby," ICP member Violent J cheered to MTV News. "Right behind Britney Spears, baby. That means I'm coming to your little kid's birthday party and I'm gonna to perform like the goofy buffoony clown."

"On tour with Ricky Martin," added Shaggy 2 Dope.

"We're touring with Ricky Martin," joked Violent J.

Shaggy 2 Dope proposed, "Backstreet Boys..."

"Backstreet Boys," Violent J resolved.

"Boyzone," suggested Shaggy 2 Dope.

"Because from now on," Violent J declared, "now that we're number four, consider us the ''N Sync Clown Posse,' baby."

ICP will hit the road with Coal Chamber, Biohazard, and Twiztid beginning July 7 in Washington, D.C. (see "Biohazard... Maps Out ICP, Coal Chamber Tour").
