October 23 [16:00 EDT] -- U2 are returning to the stage in North America on yet another leg of their PopMart roadtrip starting October 26 at the Skydome in Toronto, but before producer/DJ Howie B returns to his post as resident disc spinner on the tour, he's doing a solo gig.
B (a/k/a Howard Bernstein) can be seen at Twilo, a New York City nightclub, this Friday, October 24.
The Scottsman, the co-producer of U2's "Pop" album, a mainstay of the U2 "Passengers" side project with the likes of Brian Eno, and a spin star in his right, is promoting his new solo album, "Turn the Dark Off" and singles "Angels Go Bald: Too," and "Switch," currently out on Island.
Bernstein opens the U2 shows, and often performs at clubs in selected cities after the main event.
