Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell's abrupt exit from the Spice Girls last week has prompted a raft of rumors about her future plans -- including speculation that she is in talks with, among others, BBC personality Chris Evans, to co-host the U.K. TV show "TFI Friday."
Ginger is also rumored to be under consideration for the part of a 42nd Street hooker in the London staging of "The Life," a Broadway show which will be wrapping its New York run soon, although the show's producer told "The New York Post" that "the characters in 'The Life' wear a lot more clothes than the Spice Girls do."
And it seems that Ginger's departure hasn't made a dent in the Spice Girls' U.S. tour, which kicks off June 15 in West Palm Beach, Florida. According to the majority of promoters MTV contacted, the demand for tickets is still high, and in some markets, their new quartet status has generated even greater sales.
