Wyclef Jean has two high-profile gigs coming up this month, and he's decided to pass the time in between them with a series of smaller concerts.

The rapper-guitarist-producer is one of the headlining acts at the upcoming Giants Stadium installment of NetAid, along with Busta Rhymes, Mary J. Blige, Sting, and others, on October 9. He is slated to perform at that event with U2 singer Bono, with whom he recently recorded the charity single "New Day" (see "Puff Daddy, Sting, More Join NetAid As Lineups Are Announced; Bono Talks Wyclef").

Following NetAid, Wyclef will embark upon a brief tour that kicks off on October 14 and wraps up on Halloween, when he performs at the first annual Voodoo Music Festival at New Orleans' City Park alongside The Roots, Moby, Third Eye Blind, and George Clinton with Parliament-Funkadelic, among others (see ).

In related news, Wyclef also appears in the video for the Refugee Camp remix of Destiny's Child's "Bug-A-Boo."
