After a fistful of club dates and a few festival shows, Fuel is gearing up to hit the road in earnest in support of its upcoming sophomore effort, "Something Like Human."

The album hits stores on September 19, and the Pennsylvania rockers will hit the road one week earlier starting in State College, Pennsylvania.

"There's a ying and yang when it comes to recording a record and then trying to reproduce it live," frontman Brett Scallions recently told MTV Radio in anticipation of the tour. "Plus, just trying to remember how to play the old stuff, too, from the last record and everything, [is a challenge], but it's coming along really good. We've been doing about an hour and a half set, which is the longest we've ever really had to play."

"We're trying to reproduce what we did on this record," guitarist Carl Bell added. "The landscape of the record, the sonic landscape, is much broader than the last record, and it is causing problems. We're trying to find solutions right now as to how to pull it all off live. Normally, probably nobody would notice, but for us, we notice."

If you can't catch the band live, you'll be pleased to note that Fuel should deliver a video for its new single, "Hemmorhage (In My Hands)," in the coming weeks.
