German avant-rock pioneers Einstürzende Neubauten will soon forge ahead with their first U.S. tour in six years in support of their latest album, but will also revisit their past with the help of Henry Rollins.

The group (whose use of machinery, rocks, and metal gave rise to the term industrial when Trent Reznor was still in studyhall), will launch a tour in San Fransico next month, but will also see its 1981 debut album "Kollaps" resurface when Henry Rollins reissues it on his Infinite Zero Records. Neubauten vocalist/multi-instrumentalist/founding father Blixa Bargeld told MTV News this week that the label (which specializes in reissues by similarly revered acts like Devo, Gang Of Four, and the Monks) will soon reissue Neubauten's debut with a bonus track that was recorded during the "Kollaps" sessions but was never released.

"I don't know why it didn't make the album the first time," Bargeld told MTV News recently. "I don't know what our criteria was at that time not to use it. I think we probably just thought it's unfinished, but now it just sounds cruel and young and dramatic and matches the rest (of 'Kollaps') very well. It was very bad sound quality, but it's fine." Before the reissue arrives, Einstürzende Neubauten (whose name is German for "collapsing new buildings") will focus on bringing its latest work, "Ende Neu," to U.S. audiences with a brief tour that kicks off on December 9.
