This year's Grammy telecast could once again resemble ladies night as Lauryn Hill, Celine Dion, Madonna, and Shania Twain found themselves reaping a slew of nominations when the nods were announced Tuesday morning.
Sheryl Crow, Natalie Imbruglia, and Garbage singer Shirley Manson will also be representing on Grammy night as they grabbed high profile nominations as well.
Hill lead the pack with a total of ten nominations, including Album of the Year, and Best New Artist. Madonna, Twain and Crow followed close behind with six nods apiece.
Natalie Imbruglia, Wyclef Jean, Rob Zombie, Monica, Magic Johnson, Stevie Wonder and others were on hand as this year's batch of nominees were unveiled in a press conference held jointly in Los Angeles and New York.
