Chicago quartet Crucial Conflict has just released its sophomore album, "Good Side, Bad Side," which features some production work and vocals from R. Kelly, as well as newcomers Do or Die and Three 6 Mafia.

In approaching the new album, Crucial Conflict says it was looking to explore even larger themes than its debut, "The Final Tic," and the group told the MTV Radio Network that "Good Side, Bad Side" was about exploring the inherent duality of all things.

"[With] 'Good Side, Bad Side, we're trying to explain that there's a good side and a bad side to everything," offered Conflict's Wild Style, "you know, don't judge a book by its cover. There might be some bad qualities [about something], but there might be some good."

Crucial Conflict has already released "Scummy" as the first single from the new record. Meanwhile, group members Kilo and Never turn up in cameo roles in Hype Williams' controversial new film, "Belly," while the new Crucial Conflict song, "Swell Up," can be found on the film's soundtrack.
