Feb. 25 [10:00 EST] -- Fueled by a tankful of "girl power," the Spice Girls (Spice Girls on "Week In Rock") continue to ride the highway to global success, which last night reportedly found them at the annual Brit pop awards Monday night to pick up two statuettes.

According to Reuters's news service, the British dance pop outfit nabbed awards for best single for their international hit "Wannabe" and best video for "Say You'll Be There."

The girls reportedly paraphrased their mantra when accepting their award saying, "We are proof you can win with a little help from girl power."

So dominating was the band's emanation, that when Sheryl Crow picked up the honors for best international female singer she reportedly declared, "I want to thank the Spice Girls for not being in my category."

Of course, it was not a Spice-only affair as George Michael ("Freedom '90 live, QuickTime, 600k) reportedly picked up an award for best male singer and Prince, the Bee Gees, and Diana Ross backed by Jamiroquai all turned in performances.

In addition to performing a medley of their biggest hits, the Bee Gees also reportedly picked up an achievement award for their "outstanding contribution to music."
