Spacehog, Iggy Pop, X, Mudhoney and Frank Black are among the artists that have been tapped to open for Pearl Jam on its upcoming Yield Tour, which kicks off on June 20 in Missoula, Montana.

News of the openers had filtered out slowly over the last few weeks, as groups ranging from Cheap Trick to X (see "X Hopes Summer Plans Include Dates With Pearl Jam...") were rumored for specific dates of the Yield Tour, but the Pearl Jam camp had refrained from confirming any acts until now.

Several tour dates still remain without an opening act, including a batch of Northwestern shows, as well as concerts scheduled for New York, Washington and Boston.
