After making inroads with their self-titled debut album, the Irish popsters of B*Witched will take step two on the road to Stateside stardom with the release of their second LP later this month.
The young ladies of B*Witched (Edele Lynch, Keavy Lynch, Sinead O'Carroll, and Lindsay Armaou) made a strong impact with their debut effort, scoring a hit with the single "C'est La Vie" [RealVideo] and landing slots on the road with 'N Sync and Nickelodeon's "All That" tour. The lasses will try to follow up with "Awake And Breathe," which hits stores on October 26. The group is promising an orchestrated version of its single "Blame It On The Weatherman" and will also deliver the track "Jesse Hold On," which is already a hit in the U.K. Fans will also find cuts such as "Are You A Ghost?," "If It Don't Fit," and "Jump Down." The group has lined up a string of dates in the U.K. beginning next month and hopes to set up some U.S. dates before the end of the year.
