The biggest debut on next week's "Billboard" album chart comes from Cash Money Records artist B.G., whose "Chopper City in the Ghetto" will check in at number 9.

If those initials aren't familiar to you, B.G. and another New Orleans-based up-and-comer, Juvenile, are both members of a quartet called the Hot Boys (which also includes Lil' Wayne and Young Turk). The eighteen-year-old rapper, whose moniker stands for Baby Gangsta, told MTV News that the reason Southland hip-hoppers are getting so popular is because they've had time to learn a lot from both coasts.

"For a long time it was just all about the East Coast and all about the West Coast," said B.G.

The video for B.G.'s latest single, "Cash Money Is An Army," was shot in the Watts district of Los Angeles. "Chopper City in the Ghetto" is B.G.'s fourth solo album.
