Salsa singer Marc Anthony and Mexican pop-rock outift Mana have signed on to perform at the seventh annual "Billboard" Latin Music Awards, an event being held in Miami on April 27.
Other artists set to take the stage at Miami's Gleason Theater include Son By Four, Conjunto Primavera, Jaci Velasquez, and Noelia, while Alex Cambert of "Edicion Especial" and singer Natalia Oreiro will co-host the award show.
Latin crossovers Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, and Enrique Iglesias are among the artists up for multiple honors in the 27 Latin Music Award categories, although Tejano singer Marco Antonio Solís has garnered the most nods, six, for last year's "Trozos De Mi Alma" (see "Martin, Iglesias, Lopez Top Latin Music Awards Noms").
The "Billboard" Latin Music Awards will serve as the culmination of the magazine's International Latin Music Conference, also being held in Miami from April 25-27.
The Spanish-language Telemundo Network plans to tape the event and broadcast a 2 1/2-hour "Billboard" Latin Music Awards special on April 30 at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
