July 14 [14:00 EDT] -- Aerosmith's Steven Tyler has loaned his pipes to a new record forthcoming from the New York-based band, Marry Me Jane.

Tyler sings back-up vocals on "I'm That Bad," a track from Marry Me Jane's sophomore album, "Tick," due in stores on August 26th. He also provides party noises in the background.

Marry Me Jane's eponymous first record, which was released in 1995, had nine tracks featured in the feature film, "If Lucy Fell," which starred Sarah Jessica Parker, Ben Stiller, Elle Macpherson, and the film's director, Eric Schaffer.

The band has two songs in Schaffer's new movie, "Fall." Marry Me Jane's lead singer, Amanda Kravat, will make her film debut in November, playing a C.I.A. agent in "Most Wanted." That film stars Paul Sorvino, Keenan Ivory Wayans, Jon Voight and Eric Roberts.
