Summer Festivals: Kerrville, Yosemite, Telluride, Newport ...

From Yosemite to the Rockies, and many points between, folk and bluegrass arts are in full bloom this summer

This summer, a wide range of folk and bluegrass artists — from cantankerous senior citizen Jimmy Martin to the legendary Ralph Stanley, up-and-comers the Freight Hoppers and Rhonda Vincent will hit the festival circuit in such bucolic sites as Telluride, Colo., and Bill Monroe's old stamping grounds of Bean Blossom, Ind. Here's a sampling of what's in store out there.
