Foxy Brown Disses Lil' Kim On Capone-N-Noreaga Album

The rapper fires back on 'Bang Bang.'

On Capone-N-Noreaga's new album, The Reunion, due in September, Foxy Brown uses her guest cameo appearance to dis fellow raunchy rapper Lil' Kim.

Capone-N-Noreaga's "Bang Bang" (RealAudio excerpt), featuring Foxy Brown, is already receiving airplay on New York's Hot 97. On the song, Foxy responds to her onetime acquaintance Lil' Kim's recent jabs.

Lil' Kim drew first blood on "Notorious B.I.G." (RealAudio excerpt), also featuring Puff Daddy, from Notorious B.I.G.'s double-platinum posthumous album, Born Again.

"I let ya'll bitches stack a little paper/ Be glad I pushed my album back, I did ya'll hoes a favor," Lil' Kim rhymed. Then in reference to Foxy Brown's second album Chyna Doll, Puff Daddy chimed in at the end of Lil' Kim's verse on Lil Cease's "You Don't Want to Play Around," saying, "Stop trying to sound like her."

On "Bang Bang," Foxy Brown fires back: "Bitch, you talk slick, fuck is all that sneak shit?/ Y'all kill me with that subliminal shit/ Bitch, why you frontin' and kicking that street shit?/ Please impress me, go back to that freak shit/ Let's be truthful … Could give a fuck if you album pushed back!/ 'Cause when it hit the streets bitch, it still weak/ It still sound lame and my name still reign."

Calls to Hilary Weston, Lil' Kim's manager and Roc Management, Lil' Kim's management company, were not returned.

The Reunion ends a three-year hiatus as the follow-up to Capone-N-Noreaga's critically acclaimed debut, The War Report.

In the three years since the War Report, Noreaga has released two certified-gold albums, N.O.R.E., with the hit single of the same name, and Melvin Flynt da Hustler. Meanwhile, Capone served two years in prison for a probation violation.

"The Reunion is not going to be like the War Report, N.O.R.E. or Melvin Flynt," Noreaga said. "It's going to be better than all three of them, because the best thing about the album is us just getting back together."

The Reunion includes guest appearances by Nas and Mobb Deep. DJ Premier, EZ Elpee, The Alchemist, Nokio of Dru Hill and Dame Grease contributed their production talents to the album.

Noreaga will make his acting debut this fall alongside Q-Tip and R&B diva Mary J. Blige in the Darnell Martin–directed movie "Prison Song."
