Faith Hill's 'Breathe' Grabs Top Chart Spot

Single also rises on three Hot 100 charts.

NASHVILLEFaith Hill's "Breathe" continues to dominate singles charts, moving to #1 on Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart this week, knocking off Savage Garden's "I Knew I Loved You."

Lonestar's "Amazed" moves to #3 on that chart.

"Breathe" (RealAudio excerpt) also is at #1 on the Hot County Recurrent Singles chart, at #1 on the Country Singles Sales chart, at #2 on the Hot 100 chart (behind Santana's "Maria Maria"), at #3 on the Hot 100 Singles chart, and at #4 on the Hot 100 Airplay chart.

On the Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart, George Strait's "The Best Day" holds the #1 slot for the second straight week. Kenny Rogers gets his first country Top 5 hit since 1987 as "Buy Me A Rose" moves from #6 to #4. Debut singles this week include Alan Jackson's "It Must Be Love (#68), Randy Travis' "A Little Left of Center," (#72) and John Anderson's "You Ain't Hurt Nothin' Yet" (#73).

On the Top Country Albums chart, Faith Hill's Breathe remains a close second behind the Dixie Chicks' top-selling Fly. Clay Davidson's Unconditional debuts at #33.
