Two-Star Hotel

The next U2 album may well be the rock masterpiece the band keeps promising, but there's little hint of that on this soundtrack. Instead, there are two stiff, overproduced ballads, three versions of Lou Reed's "Satellite of Love" and a bunch of jazz. However, one of Bono's three solo tracks, the delicate "Falling at Your Feet," is as lovely a pop song as U2 have ever recorded.
