Rapper Ol' Dirty Bastard is scheduled to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday (March 24) for a hearing on an allegation that he violated probation by getting drunk. The troubled MC could face up to three years and eight months in jail. ODB's lawyer, Robert Shapiro, may request more time to prepare his defense. ODB has been in the Los Angeles County Jail's drug-rehabilitation facility since the alleged violation in January. He was under a court order not to consume alcohol or use drugs after pleading guilty to making terrorist threats in one case and wearing body armor in another. ODB, a member of the Wu-Tang Clan, released his second solo album, N***a Please, in September.
