Singer Lionel Richie's upcoming album, Renaissance, will feature a song with the Backstreet Boys. According to Richie, "Cinderella" is an "uptempo dance song" in the tradition of his 1980s hits "Dancing on the Ceiling" and "All Night Long (All Night)." The album, which Richie said will be released in late May or early June, includes several collaborations with producer Rodney Jerkins, who produced hits for Jennifer Lopez ("If You Had My Love") and Destiny's Child ("Bills, Bills, Bills"). Richie is the former leader of the Commodores, who had such hits as "Three Times a Lady" and "Sail On." The Backstreet Boys' 1999 album, Millennium, included the hits "I Want It That Way" and "Larger Than Life."
