Pavement Compiling Videos

'The Slow Century' also will have documentary footage and early European-TV clips.

Indie rockers Pavement are compiling their music videos, along with documentary footage, for a video and DVD, "The Slow Century," according to guitarist Scott Kannberg. The package will stretch back beyond the group's first formal video — for the 1994 track "Cut Your Hair" — to early European-television performances of "Here" and "Perfume-V," both from their 1992 debut album, Slanted and Enchanted. It will also include vintage home footage of the group with original drummer Gary Young, who reappeared on last year's Major Leagues EP. No release date for "The Slow Century" has been set.
