Cypress Hill Invite Fans To Taping

Rap group's B-Real working with Fear Factory, Deftones members in supergroup.

Rappers Cypress Hill are inviting fans to participate in a television special they're shooting in Los Angeles next week. There will be an open call from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. PST Tuesday (Feb. 15) and Wednesday at a yet-to-be-disclosed studio. Interested fans ages 15 to 20 should e-mail their name, age, home address, e-mail address and phone number to with the subject line "cypressTV." The rap group also is preparing to shoot two videos for the song "Superstar." The track, off the album Skull and Bones, due in May, has both a rap and a rock version. Cameos are expected from rappers Eminem, Noreaga and Everlast, MTV News reported. Cypress Hill's B-Real, meanwhile, has been working with a supergroup that includes members of metal bands Fear Factory and the Deftones, according to a Cypress Hill spokesperson. The exact lineup could not be confirmed at press time.
