A public open-casket wake for rapper Big Punisher, who died
Monday (Feb. 7), will be held Thursday and Friday at the Ortiz Funeral
Home in the Bronx, N.Y. Calling hours will be between 2 and 10 p.m. each day, according to Big Punisher publicist David Granoff. Representatives of Loud Records and its distributor, Sony Music, will meet Wednesday night to discuss whether to release the late rapper's completed second solo album, Yeeeah Baby, as originally planned on April 4 or push it back, according to Loud CEO Steve Rifkind. Rifkind said Loud plans to establish a foundation to raise money for Pun's three children. No official cause of death has been determined, but Westchester County (N.Y.) Medical Examiner Louis Roh said the 28-year-old rapper weighed 698 pounds and had an enlarged heart.
