Former Smiths crooner Morrissey is back, fresh from a tour

of his native UK, bringing his dramatic, disaffected tunes to U.S. fans

on a short string of West Coast dates this month. His latest release is

the 1998 compilation My Early Burglary Years.

German singer Lou Bega is adding his fun-loving, pseudo-Mambo

stylings to a few all-star holiday festivals this month before hitting

the road with Cher in February. His debut album, A Little Bit

of Mambo, was released Aug. 24.
