Las Vegas prosecutors will not pursue charges against Mötley

Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx for inciting violence during a

show there, according to a spokesperson for the district attorney. Sixx,

who suggested during an Aug. 11 concert that the Crüe could "start

flipping over cop cars" as a response to police telling "us we can't be

Mötley Crüe," was arrested after the show and charged with

provoking a breach of the peace. District Attorney Stewart Bell told the

Associated Press that Sixx's right to make such remarks is

protected by the First Amendment. Sixx was arrested again Sept. 3 after

a show in Raleigh, N.C., and charged with inciting a riot at a Greensboro,

N.C., concert two years earlier.
