Farm Aid founders Neil Young, Willie Nelson and John
Mellencamp will appear on a two-disc live album culled from the
benefit concert's 14-year history, Farm Aid director Carolyn Mugar said
Tuesday (Sept. 14). There is no release date set for the project. This
year's edition of the show, held Sunday in Virginia, raised more than
$1 million for struggling family farmers, Mugar said. The show featured
sets by Young, Nelson, Mellencamp, Barenaked Ladies and the
Dave Matthews Band.
