Folk-rocker Graham Nash of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young broke both of his legs Sunday (Sept. 12) in a boating accident in Hawaii, according to his manager, Gerry Tolman. "Graham was on a powerboat when it hit a large wave causing him to be thrown upwards," Tolman said in a statement. "As he was coming down, another wave hit the boat and he landed very hard on the inside of the boat." Nash underwent surgery for two broken legs and is said to be resting comfortably in an undisclosed hospital. Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young's new album, Looking Forward, is due next month. The quartet is scheduled to play Young's Bridge School benefit Oct. 3031.
