Eagles Book Shows In Las Vegas

Reunited country-rock veterans the Eagles will perform two shows in Las Vegas

in late December as warm-ups to their scheduled New Year's Eve show at the Staples

Center in Los Angeles, the band's promoters announced in a press release Tuesday (July 13).

The shows are scheduled for Dec. 28–29 at the 12,000-seat Mandalay Bay Events

Center. The band is using the same lineup it had when it broke up in 1982: guitarists

Glenn Frey, Don Felder and Joe Walsh; bassist Timothy B.

Schmidt; and drummer Don Henley. Singer/songwriter Jackson

Browne is the scheduled opener for the shows.
