Fountains of Wayne: The East Coast pop-rock quartet is taking its repertoire of

short, sprightly and inevitably catchy songs on the road through July, promoting their second

album, Utopia Parkway (March 23). On the first few dates, they will be joined by

sassy pop-rockers Imperial Teen.

Looper: Belle and Sebastian bassist Stuart David's electronic side project is touring North America through July behind Up a Tree (March 9), the group's first album. Joining them on most of these dates is the Olympia, Wash., "analog electronica" trio icu.
