Looper: Belle and Sebastian bassist Stuart David's electronic side project is touring North America through July behind Up a Tree (March 9), the group's first album. Joining them on most of these dates is the Olympia, Wash., "analog electronica" trio icu. Check out both bands July 23 in New York as part of the four-day Digital Club Festival featuring the Apples in Stereo, Manic Street Preachers, Prince Paul, the Donnas and Frank Black, among others.
