Warrant Issued For Randy Jackson

A federal judge issued an arrest warrant Friday (May 28) for one-time

Jackson 5 member Randy Jackson for not turning over stock

as ordered in a bankruptcy case, Reuters reported. U.S. District

Judge Audrey B. Collins ordered Jackson -- brother of Michael and

Janet Jackson -- arrested for failing to surrender his nearly 12

million shares of Modern Records Inc., a company he runs with other

Jackson family members, according to the report. The stock surrender is

part of a $1.8 million bankruptcy judgment in which two Rolls-Royces and

a grand piano already have been seized from Michael Jackson.
