Two of the men accused in the March 28 murder of Lost Boyz rapper
Freaky Tah have confessed to the crime, Queens County assistant
district attorney Nina Sas said at their arraignment Friday (April 9).
Kelvin Jones, who is accused of being the gunman, and Ryan Fritch, who
allegedly drove a van used in the incident, did not speak at the proceeding
and did not enter any plea. Both men, who were charged with second-degree
murder, were ordered held without bail. A man who identified himself as
a friend of Fritch, but declined to give his name, said Fritch was
innocent and "goes to church, like, four days a week." Another man,
Rasheem Fletcher, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment last weekend.
