Rage Against the Machine singer Zack de la Rocha on Monday
will address the International Commission of Human Rights in Geneva, on
the case of Mumia Abu-Jamal. Abu-Jamal is on Pennsylvania's
death row for the 1981 murder of Philadelphia police officer Daniel
Faulkner -- a crime Abu-Jamal says he did not commit. "Abu-Jamal was
targeted in this case for political and racial reasons," de la
Rocha said in a statement announcing his plans to speak before the U.N.
body. In January Rage Against the Machine, the Beastie Boys and
Bad Religion staged a benefit concert for Abu-Jamal in New Jersey.
