Hall of Famer George Clinton and his ever-evolving P-Funk collective will sit
atop the bill for the second annual House of Blues-sponsored Smokin' Grooves
Joining him will be Cypress Hill (who were on the inaugural bill
last year, which included the Fugees, A Tribe Called Quest, Ziggy Marley and
the Melody Makers, Spearhead and Busta Rhymes), nasty female rapper Foxy Brown,
The Roots, R&B sensation Erykah Badu and a rotating slot that will feature the
Outkast, Pharcyde and the Brand New Heavies.
