Sometimes, when you're a rock star, ya just don't want

your picture taken. Apparently that was the case this past Sunday, when

Soundgarden lead guitarist Kim Thayil allegedly slapped Heather Mifflin of

Charlotte, North Carolina and broke her friends camera after Thayil and the

girl got into an argument. The Associated Press reports that Thayil was

arrested early Sunday following the group's performance at Lollapalooza in

Rockingham, N.C. Thayil was released on $2,500 bail after being charged with

assaulting Mifflin and causing damage to property. Soundgarden's latest album,

Down On The Up Side, is in the Top 20, where it's been for two

months.
