New (& Last?) Kyuss Record

Cover art for upcoming Nomads' single.

A new 10 inch single from now defunct hard, heavy rockers

Kyuss will be released by Frank Kozik's innovative Man's Ruin label in

February. The two song single, with artwork by Kozik, was recorded in August by

Fred Drake at Rancho De LaLuna in Joshua Tree. The "A" side is a monstrous

cover of Black Sabbath's "Into The Void," while the flip is a Kyuss original

titled "Fatso Forgotso." The Man's Ruin label has been cranking out cool

singles from Killdozer, Protein, and numerous others this past year. Also due

out soon, a 45 from Tree that includes their "Arm the Homeless," and a single

from the Nomads, the veteran punk combo that will celebrate it's 15th

anniversary on Good Friday (April 15) with a party at the Studion in Stockholm.
