Ramones' It's Alive Finally Available In U. S.

Warner Bros. /Sire finally released the Ramones live album,

appropriately titled It's Alive recorded at the Rainbow Theater

in London on New Year's Eve in 1977. Previously it was only available

as an import, but being as this is the Ramone's swan song,

Warners/Sire decided it was the time to strike with this relic. If you

were wondering about the road reports, Joey and his brothers are on a

three week tour of Japan, returning to America just in time to open up

for Pearl Jam at the San Diego Sports Arena on November 6 & 7. After

which they meet up with White Zombie for a swing through the Midwest,

Canada and the North East. As soon as Joey is back in the U. S. we

expect more reports from our Very Special Correspondent.
