What Makes a Legend Most: Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Concert Announced

The star-studded grand opening of the Rock 'n' Roll Hall Of Fame and

Museum in Cleveland, Ohio takes place Sept. 2. The festivities will

include a concert featuring Bruce Springsteen, Chuck Berry, the Allman

Brothers Band, Dr. Dre, Snoop Doggy Dogg, Little Richard, Aretha

Franklin, Al Green, John Mellencamp, and home girl Chrissie Hynde and

the Pretenders. "Each set will feature unique pairings of artists

performing each other's legendary work," says Jann Wenner, the

vice-chairman of the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame Foundation and

publisher of Rolling Stone. Tickets for the show at Cleveland

Stadium will go on sale June 24, and there are plans for a worldwide

TV broadcast.
