Fugitive Murray Surfaces On Cable Show

Rapper Keith Murray, who has been lying low since he failed to surrender to a

Connecticut judge and begin a three-year prison-sentence in early September, called a

New York City cable-access television-show on the night of Oct. 19, according to a publicist for

his label, Jive Records. Although the label representative said that the company hasn't

seen or heard from him since he became a fugitive, Murray called in to "Star and

Buc-Wild's Player Hater Line" and said there was a conspiracy against him. His next

album, It's a Beautiful Thing, has been pushed back to a probable December

release-date, due to sample-clearance issues, but Murray reportedly had no comment

on that. On Friday, Murray reportedly also revealed his whereabouts to MTV and claimed

he would be turning himself in to police.
