The teen pop group Backstreet Boys canceled a concert for the first time in their career on Sunday after bandmember Howie Dorough's sister died of lupus. About 19,000 fans waited for the group to perform at the Last Chance Summer Dance Concert in Shakopee, Minn., which featured seven other bands. "Howie is doing well and is with his family in North Carolina," said the group's publicist, Rey Roldan. According to Roldan, the group has not yet made plans to reschedule the show. The singer, Kevin Richardson, apologized to fans and said the Backstreet Boys would finish the tour as planned.
