U.K. Teachers Fear Spice Babies

Teachers in Britain have expressed concern that the recently announced pregnancies of

members of the phenomenally popular Spice Girls will inspire a surge in teen

motherhood, according to a Reuters report. Posh Spice (born Victoria

Adams) and Scary Spice (born Melanie Brown) both revealed

their pregnancies last month. "We fear that recent news may lead to a generation of

Spice babies," Reuters quoted teachers' association president Judith Mullen as

saying.
