Guitar god Eric Clapton and singer/songwriter John Hiatt have lent their

talents to the upcoming album by classic Americana rockers the Band.

Jubilation (River North Records) includes 11 new tracks, including "White

Cadillac," an ode to the famed Ronnie Hawkins, whom the Band began their

career backing, as the Hawks. Other songs on the disc, due out Sept. 15,

include "Last Train to Memphis," "Bound by Love," "Book Faded Brown," "Don't Wait,"

"High Cotton," "Kentucky Downpour," "If I Should Fail," "Spirit of the Dance," "You See

Me" and "French Girls."
