Convicted Rapper Wraps Album

Def Squad rapper Keith Murray is still awaiting word from the Supreme Court of the State of Connecticut on his sentence for a 1995 second-degree assault charge.

He's filling the time by completing work on his third solo album, It's A Beautiful Thing.

The album (Oct. 27), which will feature the production work of Murray's Def Squad bandmate Eric Sermon, as well an appearance by LL Cool J on the album's first single, "Incredible," includes the songs "When I Rap," "Media Hijack" and "Secret Indictment."
