Plea Bargain For Tommy Lee

Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee will agree to a plea bargain with prosecutors that will allow him to dodge additional jail time for allegedly assaulting a security guard in a post-concert fracas, according to a Reuters report.

As part of the tentative plea agreement, attorney Michael Kimerer said Lee would be handed a 30-day sentence and assessed $800 in fines for his role in the December 1997 incident in Phoenix.

Lee would receive credit for time already served in California on a separate charge involving an attack on his estranged wife, former "Baywatch" star Pamela Anderson.
