Beatles Notebook Up For Auction

A notebook used by former Beatles John Lennon and George Harrison during the foursome's heyday is up for auction Sept. 15 at Sotheby's London, according to an Associated Press report.

Included in the notebook, which was used from 1967-68, are rough drafts of lyrics for "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" and "Hey Jude," as well as doodles by Lennon, according to the report.

The notebook is expected to fetch between $147,000 and $196,000.
