Folk-songstress Emmylou Harris' new live album, Spyboy, draws on
material from her lengthy career in the music business.
First noticed for her duets with the legendary country-rocker Gram Parsons,
Harris recently commented on the freedom allotted her as an artist with an established
past, in an interview with the Associated Press.
"I don't have to chase that commercial dog around the track," Harris said. "I don't have to
sell a lot of records to get work or to have a mandate to go in and make another record."
